We have been carefully following the safety measures throughout this pandemic and our re-open will continue to follow best practices. We are determined to protect our customers and staff as much as possible and therefore have laid out the following protocols:
In order to provide you with the quality of service you have always come to expect and provide you with the level of safety necessary, there will be a service fee adjustment and an Covid-19 Safety fee at your visit.

- Appointments will be scheduled based on service type as we will be following guidelines of maintaining the 6 feet of social separation.
- As we will have limited availability and space/services are coveted, we will require prepayment of all services at time of scheduling. Please complete the Payment Agreement.
- Cancellation guidelines: Cancel early as cancellations with less than 48- hour notice will forfeit the prepayment.
- Repeated cancellations will incur forfeiture regardless of time of notification
- Clients will be required to complete a Covid 19 Symptom Questionnaire (Safety Survey) prior to scheduling or entering the salon - please take the Safety Survey here!
- Our exterior is receiving an up-do with new doors and windows!
- Please arrive 15 min prior to your appointment and wait in your car. If walking, wait outside the salon.
- Call 773-539-0266 to inform us you have arrived.
- We will text you when it is your time to come in.
- Please enter wearing a mask, if you do not own or wear one in, we will have them available for purchase. Clients and staff must always wear masks.
- The next stop is the hand washing station. Please wash your hands and follow up with hand sanitizer. If you are wearing gloves, please wash your gloves and sanitize them as if they were your hands.
- Bring only your essentials, such as your method of payment (for any additional services or products) and cell phone. No bags, purses, coats, scarves, etc. Our focus is on taking care of you.
- No snacks or food in the salon. It is not possible to eat while wearing a mask. Remember ? masks at all times!
- Our bathrooms will be reserved for emergency use only as we will not have staff available to clean between clients.
- A personalized service area will be assigned to you. This is your safe zone. It has been cleaned and sanitized for your use only.
- Come with your hair freshly washed and dried. We will wash for color services.
- We cannot include blow drying or hair drying during this time period.
